Beets baby, beets baby…

Yup, it’s beautiful beets. I get so much delight out of preparing beets. They look so pretty. We roast them with rosemary, and then use a towel to peel off the skins.

This is the view from my station. You can barely see it on the photo, but I have a beautiful view of the mountain and the blue sky behind it. And of course, I can see the whole dining room.
